About
Kyle Nemes is the owner and licensed inspector of Serenity Inspections, LLC. While working in the roofing manufacturing industry he developed a passion for construction, and a specific interest in residential home construction. He received his inspection training and certification through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), is a certified professional inspector with InterNACHI, a member of the American Society for Home Inspectors (ASHI), and has been inspecting for several years. Early on in his inspection career, Kyle dedicated time to shadowing other veteran inspectors, learning hands on the ins and outs of the inspection process from recognized professionals in the field. As a member of InterNACHI, CCPIA, and ASHI, Kyle continues to pursue training and certification to stay knowledgeable on new information within the inspection community and developing trends within the Pacific Northwest. He holds a Masters in Business Administration and a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. At the heart of his inspection services is a professional, with a sharp attention to detail, and a true desire to provide his clients with a thorough, comprehensive inspection, to help them feel confident in the purchase or current condition of their home.
