Whether you need a residential home inspection, a commercial inspection, or additional inspection services such as thermal imaging, our licensed inspector is available to discuss how our services can best meet your needs. We realize that the purchase of a home or commercial property can be one of the largest and most exciting purchases you can make, because of that we work exclusively for our clients. We are here to help you feel confident in your purchase and comfortable in your home. We are licensed, bonded, insured (general liability and errors/omissions) and adhere the State of Oregon Contractors Board Inspection Standards of Practice and the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.

Each home inspection we provide is unique to the residential property or commercial structure we are assessing, while being cognizant of our client's interests and/or needs. We take the time to methodically inspect each property and develop our reports around our detailed findings. We focus on ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of our recommendations, and ultimately feel assured about their investment with the information we have provided; in addition to our inspection observations we compile and incorporate supporting information about our recommendations, useful home maintenance suggestions, and DIY tips into our reports to assist our clients in maintaining their home over the years.
